- Settings > Network and Internet > Mobile Network > Mobile Data

Things to try
- Restart the app
- Set the Wi-Fi setting of the device to [OFF]
- Turn Bluetooth [OFF] and turn it [ON] again
- Restart your device
- After implementing the above, try opening the bike several times
- If the battery is low, charge it before trying
