Depending on communication conditions and the device you are using, the bike may unlock after several tries.
If the problem persists, please restart your smartphone.
iOS
Do not exit the app while unlocking the bike !
If you quit the app immediately after scanning the QR code of the bike, the unlocking process may be interrupted.
After scanning the QR code, do not exit the application until the "Unlocked!" screen appears.
Also, exiting the app during a ride may result in incorrect determination of the parked position. Do not exit the application until you lock the bike and exit the ride.
Check the Bluetooth setting
The Bluetooth setting on your smartphone may be set to OFF. Check the setting and turn it ON if it is OFF.
- Settings > Bluetooth
- Settings > Charichari > Bluetooth
Android
Please try the following operations
- Turn the Bluetooth setting of your smartphone [OFF] once and turn it [ON] again.
- If your smartphone battery is low, please charge it.
