There is a problem with your smartphone
If your smartphone's battery is low, it may fail to connect to your bike.
If the battery is low, please recharge the battery and try again.
Things to try
- Restart the app
- Set the Wi-Fi setting of the device to [OFF]
- Turn Bluetooth [OFF] and turn it [ON] again
- Restart your device
- After implementing the above, try opening the bike several times
- If the battery is low, charge it before trying
Also, since the performance of the Bluetooth function differs depending on the model of the smartphone, it may be difficult to connect to the bike depending on the model. Please try again.
