Charichari requires that notifications be turned on in order to send you important information, such as;
That your ride has ended
You will receive a notification a few seconds after you lock the bike.
If the bike is not locked properly or there is a communication problem, the ride may not be completed. Please be sure to check the notification to confirm that the ride has ended, as we may not be able to correct the charges if you contact us later.
Payment has been finalized or completed
You will receive important information such as payment confirmed or completed/failed as a notification.
If you do not receive a notification
If you do not receive notifications, please check the following
- Notification settings on the device itself are set to ON
- Notifications from the Charichari application are allowed
