Charichari will end the ride when the bike is locked in the port.
First, please check that the lock is not out of alignment with the part where the lock is inserted.
Next, please check that the lock is not in contact with the tire spokes on the rear wheel of the bike.
If the bike does not lock even though there is no misalignment or contact, please follow the procedure below to terminate the ride.
※ What is a spoke?
A thin wire-like component that radially connects the inner rings of the tire
How to end a ride
- Tap the elapsed time
- Tap [Bike does not lock]
- Follow the instructions and take a picture of the QR code and the entire lock
- Tap "Do you want to report with this photo?" → Tap [Report]
When taking a picture of the bike, please make sure entire lock should fit in the screen, also QR code should be in upper position and knob of bike lock should in the lower position of the screen.
If you cannot press the "Shoot" button, please try to move closer or move away.
