Report the end of the ride
Even if you have parked your bike at a port, it may be judged to be outside the port due to location data discrepancies, and the bike may be temporarily parked.
If your ride has not finished even though you have returned the bike to the port, please follow the steps below to end your ride.
- Tap "There was a problem" on the Temporarily Parked Bike screen
- Tap "I parked at the port"
- Select the "Port where you parked your bike" on the map
Please try the following
iOS
- Update the application to the latest version.
- Go to Smartphone Settings > Privacy > Location Services and turn the setting ON.
- In Smartphone Settings > Charichari > Location, turn on "Always Allow" and "Accurate Location" (iOS 14 or later) for location permission.
- With the app running, lock the bike and exit the ride.
- Lock the bike and end the ride with sufficient battery power remaining.
- Lock and close the ride with good network conditions.
Android
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Check the power saving mode setting procedure and turn off the power saving mode before starting a ride.
- Turn off the power-saving mode before starting a ride.
- Lock the bike and end the ride with sufficient battery power remaining.
