If you have forgotten your Charichari password, you can reset your password.
Forgot password / Can't log in
If you forget your password and cannot log in, you can send a reset email by tapping the [ ? ] button in the upper right corner of the password entry screen when you log in.
Open the URL in the reset email and the password reset screen will appear. Please set a new password. Once registration is complete, you will be logged in automatically.
I don't know my current password
If you are already logged in, you can send a reconfiguration email by following the steps below.
Top left icon on the app > Account > Tap [ ? ] in the upper right corner
When you open the reset email URL, the password reset screen will appear.
Please set a new password.
I don't receive the reconfiguration email
If you have not received your password reset email after it has been sent to you, there may be a problem with your email settings.
Please check " Check email receipt settings ".
Unable to open the URL in the reconfiguration email
If the email is misclassified as spam, you may not be able to open the URL.
Please move the email from the spam folder to the normal folder and then tap the URL.
If the above does not solve the problem, please try the following;
For iOS users
- Exit the Charichari App once
- Copy the URL in the email you received in the Mail app
- Open Safari or other browser and paste the URL into the address bar
For Android users
- Quit the Charichari App once
- Copy the URL in the email you received with the Mail app
- Open the Chrome app, tap the address bar and tap the "Copied link" below the address bar
