Depending on your usage status, such as being on a ride or having outstanding payments, you may not be able to cancel your membership. Please resolve all issues before proceeding to the withdrawal procedure.

Top left icon on the app > Account > Top right ? mark > Cancel my membership
※ In order to unsubscribe from an app, you must update your app to the following version or higher.
For Android：8.2.0
For iOS： iOS 14
Please note
- After you cancel your membership, all information including ride history, tickets, and miles will no longer be available.
- You will not be able to register a new account with the same email address as your cancelled account.
- The phone number on the cancelled account cannot be used for another account.
- Withdrawn accounts cannot be restored.
We will retain some personal information after you leave our membership to the extent necessary for legal, security, or business purposes, and we will treat such personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
