During the ride
You cannot cancel your membership while riding or temporarily parked. Please return the bike and end your use.
If you have unpaid ride fees after the ride has ended, please make the payment, and then you can cancel your membership.
There is an undetermined charge
You cannot cancel your membership because you still have a Charichari payment.
Please review your payment details and settle the full amount.
Used within 30 days
Ride issues may be identified after the ride is completed. Please wait until 30 days have passed since your last ride.
