You can change your preferences for receiving promotional campaigns and new service announcements by following the steps below.
If you wish to be notified of incoming notifications;
Top left icon on the app > Account > Receive notifications of campaigns and new services > Notifications ON
In the unlikely event that you are not able to receive our email notifications even if you have turned them on, the following may be the cause. Please check your device's settings.
- The settings are set to not receive e-mails sent from PCs.
- The list of allowed recipients does not include no-reply@mail.charichari.co.jp.
In this case, you will need to change the e-mail receiving settings on your cell phone or smartphone.
If you do not wish to be notified of incoming notifications;
Top left icon on the app > Account > Receive notifications of campaigns and new services > Notifications OFF
Please note that important notices from Charichari may be sent to those who have turned off notification of receipt of notices. Please understand this in advance.
