Relief for the injured
Ensure safety and give top priority to first aid for injured persons (first aid, calling an ambulance, etc.).
About Bikes
To prevent a series of accidents, park the bike (including damaged parts) in a safe place where they will not interfere with traffic.
Contact the police
If there is contact with the other party or an object (car, utility pole, curb, etc.), a report must be filed with the police regardless of the size of the accident.
(Article 72 of the Road Traffic Law)
Please contact #110 or the nearest police box.
*Depending on the circumstances of the accident, you may be asked to submit a [Traffic Accident Certificate].
*Insurance coverage may not be available if the case has not been reported to the police.

Please contact us through the Charichari application with the details of the accident and the damage.

*If it is outside business hours, please inform the accident office of the accident situation. A representative will contact you within 2 business days.

*If there is damage to the Charichari or the other party, please confirm the other party's “name, phone number, and insurance company” and inform the Charichari office of the situation.
