Insurance will be applied to accidents that occur while using Charichari service. Please proceed to the following procedures.
Contact the police
In case of accident or damage to property, a police investigation is required. Please contact #110 or the nearest police box.
If the bike is damaged
Please confirm the details of the accident in case of a single accident, or "name, phone number and insurance company" of the other party in case of a contact accident, and inform the Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Support Desk.
Contact the insurance company
Please call "Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Support Desk", the contact number shown in the application, by following the procedure.

- Tap “Accident”
- Select the relevant item
- Injured
- Caused an injury
- Damage to property
- Inquiry
- Enter your name
- Confirm your Insurance Policy Number
- Tap ”Report an accident over the phone” and call to report the accident
※You will need the insurance policy number listed on the app to make a report. For more information on insurance, please refer to "Safety Measures".
Report to Charichari customer service
Please report the details of the accident and the damage to your bike via the app.
