If your bike chain comes off or you get a flat tire during your ride, please return your bike to the nearest port and lock it up.
If you have incurred unnecessary ride fees, please contact us through the Charichari App and follow the instructions below in order for the office to correct the ride fee.
How to report broken ride
- Tap ”Ride history” in the app
- Tap the appropriate ride
- Tap "Inquire about this ride”
- Tap "I want to fix the ride fee”
- Tap "Still no solution”
If there are no ports nearby, please park your bike in a safe place and lock it, then end the ride on the app and report the location where your bike was parked.
How to end a ride
- Tap ”There was a problem” on the temporary parking screen
- Tap "Cannot Move”
- Tap "Other”
- Enter the "Details of the problem" in the comment field
- Read the 10-digit QR code of the bike and end the ride
When taking a picture of the bike, please make sure entire lock should fit in the screen, also QR code should be in upper position and knob of bike lock should in the lower position of the screen.
If you cannot press the "Shoot" button, please try to move closer or move away.
Reporting the location of parked bikes
Please let us know where you parked your bike by filling out the inquiry form so that we can pick up the bike parked outside of ports.
