Involved in an accident ( Collisions / Single-vehicle )

When an accident occurs, please ensure your own safety first, then proceed with the following actions.

1. Provide First Aid & Ensure Safety
First, ensure the safety of any injured persons. Then, move the bike to a safe location to prevent further accidents.

2. Call the Police (*Required)
Please call the police immediately on the spot, no matter how minor it may seem.

- Reporting is mandatory under the Road Traffic Act. Failure to report may result in penalties and could make you ineligible for insurance coverage.
- Depending on the situation, you may be required to submit a "Certification of Traffic Accidents" (Kotsu Jiko Shomeisho).

3. Report to Charichari (*Required)
Please make sure to report the accident to us, even if it is a single-vehicle accident (such as falling over or self-inflicted damage).

Bike damage that is not visible at first glance may lead to serious accidents for the next customer. Your cooperation is essential for ensuring everyone's safety.
