Register a Payment Method
Confirm Payment Details
You can check the details of your payment from "支払い（Payment）" in the menu around the 2nd of the following month.
※ If you have any questions or concerns about your billing information, please contact our customer support by the 3rd of the following month. We will not be able to respond to requests for correction after that date.
If "支払い済（Paid）" is displayed, the payment has been completed.
If the payment status is "未払い（outstanding）", the payment must be made by the due date.
Payment will not be completed automatically in the following cases. Please check the details and pay by the deadline.
- Payment failed.
- You have not set up a payment method.
If payment is not made by the due date, your account will be restricted. In addition, you may not be able to receive various benefits.
