Charichari requires payment in lump for entire month of your use at the following month.
Register a Payment Method
Please register your payment method in advance. Payment will be completed automatically from the next payment.
Payment will be made around the 2nd of the following month, and you will be notified when the payment is completed.
Confirm Payment Details
You can check the details of your payment from "Payment" in the menu around the 2nd of the following month.
※ If you have any questions or concerns about your billing information, please contact our customer support by the 3rd of the following month. We will not be able to respond to requests for correction after that date.
Payment status is displayed below each payment amount.
If "Paid" is displayed, the payment has been completed.
Pay "outstanding”
If the payment status is "outstanding", the payment must be made by the due date.
Payment will not be completed automatically in the following cases. Please check the details and pay by the deadline.
- Payment failed.
- You have not set up a payment method.
If payment is not made by the due date, your account will be restricted. In addition, you may not be able to receive various benefits.
