Register a Payment Method
Payments will be processed immediately after each ride. If a payment fails, you will be notified via app notifications.
※ Depending on your credit card issuer, the transaction will be listed on your statement as either "チャリチャリ(チヤリチヤリ)" or "Charichari." Please be aware of this in advance.
Confirm Payment Details
Once your payment is complete, you can review the details under "Payment" in the menu.
※ If you have any questions or concerns about your billing information, please contact our customer support within 30 days after your ride ends. Please note that we cannot accommodate any requests for modifications after this point.
Payment status is displayed below each payment amount.
If "Paid" is displayed, the payment has been completed.
Pay "outstanding”
If your payment status shows "Unpaid", automatic re-payment will not be processed. Please settle the payment promptly through the app.
Payment will not be completed automatically in the following cases. Please check the details and pay by the deadline.
- Payment failed.
- You have not set up a payment method.
If payment is not made, your account will be restricted. In addition, you may not be able to receive various benefits.
