You can delete your registered payment method by following the steps below:
1. Tap "Payment"
2. Tap "Add or Change payment method" in the center of the screen
A list of registered payment methods will be displayed.
3. Select the payment method you wish to delete
The details of the payment method will be displayed. If you wish to delete a card that is currently set as a payment method, please change it to another payment method in advance.
※ If there are no unpaid charges, you can delete the card you have currently set as your payment method.
4. Tap "Delete" at the bottom of the screen
When a confirmation alert appears, tap "Delete" to complete.
Please note that the deletion of payment methods is not available for customers who fall under the following categories
・If you have any unpaid bills, please complete all payments.
・It has been less than 30 days since your last ride, please wait until 30 days have passed since your last ride.
