The following are some of the cases when the Special Ride Rewards are not earned.
- A customer saw the Special Ride appear on the map before the ride, but it was not held at the start of the ride
- A customer participated in the Special Ride but failed to meet the requirements
If you do not fulfill the rules, you will not be able to earn the rewards. Please understand that.
Report the name of the port you returned from the app
You may not have received your reward because your ride end location was not confirmed by the system.
This is due to a location glitch in your smartphone or GPS accuracy issues.
If you did not receive the Special Ride Reward after selecting the port you returned from the app, please contact us via the Contact Us form.
For customers using Android devices
In some cases, the end position of the ride may become "Location Unknown" on Android devices due to the power-saving mode setting.
