How to invite your friends

You can invite your friends to join Charichari by sharing your invitation code on social networks or by sending a message.

Privileges

Customers who share an Invitation Code

Customers who share an Invitation Code will earn 10 miles for every friend who earns a reward with the Invitation Code.

Customers who receive invitations

Enter the Invitation Code received in the app and fulfill the following conditions to earn up to 90 yen ride discount tickets.

• Must be within 30 days of registering with Charichari
• You have not received any rewards from Invitation Codes in the past
• You have not yet ridden a single ride
• Must be within the earning period

Procedure

Customers who want to share an Invitation Code

1. Open the menu icon in the upper left corner of the home screen
2. Tap "Invite a friend"
3. Share the displayed Invitation Code with your friends to complete the process (you can also send the code to multiple friends or share it on SNS)

Customers who have received an invitation

• You cannot earn rewards yourself from your Invitation Code.
• Please update the app to the latest version. Otherwise, you may not be able to receive rewards.
• Campaigns are subject to end without notice.
• The contents of the rewards that can be earned by both invitees and invitees are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel the rewards or restrict the use of the service if we confirm that the rewards have been inappropriately earned.
