How to help
Charichari can sometimes have a chain come off or a flat tire.
If you find a lost item or other item in the port, please report it through the "Report it" link in the Charichari App. Please note that inquiries about rides and fee corrections cannot be accepted in this report, so please follow the steps below from the app.
Ride history in the app > Tap the relevant ride history > Inquire about this ride
