As our bikes are shared by many users, unexpected issues may arise between scheduled maintenance sessions.
To ensure your safety, please perform a quick inspection before every ride.
※ Do not hang umbrellas on the handlebars and ride in long skirts/loose clothing.
Items caught in the wheels can cause the front wheel to lock, leading to falls and serious injury.
[Pre-Ride Checklist]
- Tires: Check that they are firm and properly inflated.
- Saddle & Basket: Confirm they are securely fastened and do not wobble.
- Bell: Ensure it rings clearly.
- Brakes: Test both front and rear brakes to ensure they grip firmly.
- Handlebars & Grips: Check that they are not loose or damaged.
- Lights: Confirm the lights turn on properly.
- Battery: Check the remaining charge (for Electric Assist Bike).
※ No Lights, No Ride: Riding without lights at night is illegal and subject to penalties. If the lights do not work, do not use the bike. Please report the issue via the app.
※ Switch if Faulty: If you notice any issues or abnormalities, DO NOT RIDE. Please switch to a different bike nearby.
※ User Responsibility: Under our Terms of Service, if you begin a rental with a faulty bike, it is deemed to have been in good condition at the start. You may be held responsible for any damage reported later. Please inspect the bike carefully before starting your trip.
[ How to Report a Faulty Bike ]
- Tap the “?” icon in the upper right corner of the home screen
- Tap “Report”
- Select “Bike” and scan the QR code
- Select a category and provide details

[ Inquiries Regarding Fares ]
- Open “Ride History” in the app
- Select the specific ride
- Tap “Inquire about this ride” at the bottom
- Tap “I want to modify my ride fee”
