Charichari requires you to register your phone number in order to use the service securely.
You can register your phone number by entering the 6-digit confirmation code sent to you via SMS.
Currently, Charichari supports international numbers from over 200 countries, so even if you do not have a Japanese phone number, you can use Charichari as long as you can receive SMS.
* SMS authentication is not available in some countries.
* Please note that it may take some time to receive SMS depending on network congestion.
How to register your phone number
- Enter your phone number
- Tap "Send SMS"
- Enter the 6-digit confirmation code you received
The message "Unable to register phone number" or "Support code 2162" will be displayed
The phone number may already be registered under another account or may be unavailable.
Charichari does not allow a phone number to be registered under multiple accounts.
If you have any idea that you have created another account, please follow the steps below to log in again.
- Log out of the account you are currently logged in to
- Tap the "Unlock" button
- Tap the "Login" button
- Enter the email address and password you know
Logout Procedure
Home screen > Menu (upper left) > Accounts > [ ? ] mark (upper right) > "Logout"
