I did not receive the SMS
Depending on the communication environment, it may take some time for the SMS to reach you.
If you do not receive the SMS after 1 minute or more, please check the following and resend the SMS.

Make sure that the phone number you entered is correct

Make sure that your phone is NOT in Airplane mode

Make sure mobile data communication is ON

The phone number under contract supports SMS

For phone numbers issued outside Japan, try sending SMS after setting data roaming to ON
※ Please check the status of your contract in advance, as this may lead to high charges in some cases.

In case you purchase an eSIM, make sure it is not data-only and that it is capable of receiving SMS

Received the SMS but have not noticed it because the notification in the Messages app is turned off. Open the SMS app to see if the SMS has arrived

Set your smart phone company's anti-spam function not to receive SMS or to reject messages from non-registered users

Check to see if the memory capacity of the device used is insufficient. Delete unnecessary contents before trying to send SMS
Depending on the telecommunication company, SMS from overseas may be blocked. For details, please contact the telecommunication company if the following above situations are not the case and you still cannot receive SMS.
For iPhone users

Check incoming call blocking settings
- May be included in a call blocking list. Please check "Settings > Messages".
Users using devices other than iPhone
Please check the setting method by yourself as it differs for each device and temporarily allow all SMS to be received. We recommend that you revert to your previous settings once you have registered your phone number with Charichari.
If the above does not resolve the issue, please try the following;
- Turn off Wi-Fi and try again
- Restart your smartphone and try again
- Try after a while
Support code 132 is displayed on
If you send multiple SMS within a short period of time, the SMS transmission may be temporarily locked to prevent fraudulent use.
After an hour or so, please try sending the SMS again.
If you still cannot receive SMS after checking the above, you will not be able to use Charichari.
