If you receive an "Unable to register" or “Support code 2171 etc.” message when registering for a new account, it is likely that your email address is already registered or unavailable.
If you have a mercari account or an account created with Charichari in the past, you will not be able to create a new account with the same email address. Please login with the account you have been using.
