What is email confirmation?
We are sending you an email to verify your email address. Please tap the URL in the email you received. You will be redirected to the Charichari application and when you see "Registration is completed!” is displayed, your confirmation is complete.
I did not receive a confirmation email
The confirmation email is sent from the @charichari.co.jp domain.
Please check your email settings so that you can receive the confirmation email.
Please make sure that your email address is correct
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address displayed on the "Confirm Email" screen.
Please make sure that there are no errors in lowercase or uppercase letters, numbers, or half-width or full-width characters in the email address. Also, please make sure that there are no spaces in or before or after the email address.
Please make sure that your email address is not in the junk mail box
Sometimes our email addresses are mistakenly identified as junk mail and placed in your junk mail folder. If it is in your junk mail folder, please move it to your regular inbox folder.
Cannot open URL
If your email has been misclassified as junk mail, you may not be able to open the URL. Please move the email from the junk mail folder to the normal folder and then tap the URL. If the above does not solve the problem, please try the following
For iOS users
- In the Mail app, press and hold the URL part of the received email and copy it.
- Open Safari and paste the copied URL into the address bar.
- Press and hold the [OPEN] button on the "Charichari-Share Cycle" page.
- Tap [Open with " Charichari "] in the menu displayed by long-pressing the button.
For Android users
- Exit the "Charichari" application once.
- Copy the URL in the email you received with the Mail app.
- Open the Chrome app, tap the address bar, and then tap the part that says "copied link" below the address bar.
Confirmation does not complete after opening the URL ( iOS )
When opening a URL in the iOS app, you may be redirected to the AppStore. Please try the following two points.
1. Confirm the URL within the time limit
The URL is valid for 1 hour. If the expiration date has passed, resend the confirmation email by clicking the "Problem" button on the "Confirm Email" screen.
2. Uninstall the application
With the Charichari app uninstalled, tap the URL in the email you received.
※ Do not uncheck "Save my place in the app. A link will be copied to continue to this page.“ and tap the [OPEN] button.
Reinstall the Charichari App as is and launch the application. When you see the message
"Registration Complete!" message appears, your confirmation is complete.
